Chairperson, Board of TrusteesBethel is a COREN-registered engineer and Certified Management Consultant with 9+ years’ experience across oil & gas, manufacturing, and clinical research sectors. She has led strategy and operations at Quest Oil Group, managed business development at Offshore Dimensions, and overseen regulatory compliance at a U.S.-based clinical research firm. Currently, she supports U.S. startups in execution strategy and leads CITIZINRE’s board, driving civic reform and inclusive development in Nigeria.

Founder & Executive DirectorZullaihat is a lawyer, policy advisor, and advocate for social justice with experience in legal reform, conflict resolution, and public service. As CITIZINRE’s founder, she leads youth-driven efforts to empower communities, promote civic engagement, and challenge injustice through law, advocacy, and creative expression.

Head of Admin/ Disability Inclusion focal personDamilola is a legal practitioner and Principal Partner at Exton Legals, Abuja, with expertise in intellectual property, health law, dispute resolution, and legal education. She coordinates the IPLAN Law Clinic and serves as Publicity Secretary of the NBA Garki Branch. A passionate advocate for inclusion, she has held key roles in the NBA Young Lawyers’ Forum and Lawyers with Disabilities Forum.

Alex is a legal professional with experience in litigation, contracts, and advisory. He has worked with top firms and public agencies, and previously led product operations at a VR tech company. A certified intellectual property expert, he holds an LLM from the University of Exeter and is passionate about youth empowerment and advocacy.
